CRS Stock is a Back Office Software Solution that seamlessly links too many Sharp products. The software utilises a Microsoft SQL Server Database to safely store data ready for fast retrieval at any time.
The easy-to-use client software allows the user control over maintaining the product database, changing promotion timings and editing keyboard layouts.
Manual sales/voids can be performed through the client software to capture any sales or correct any mistakes where using the point of sale is not an option (for example bulk sales from an office location or recording sales from stalls where no power was available for the point of sale).
Communications to the point of sale can be scheduled to run at preset times or run on demand depending on the users requirements.
The reports suite uses Microsoft Business Objects to display reports on screen, print reports to any connected printer or export reports in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PDF formats. Reports are written using Crystal Reports and all have various report parameters that allow the user to customise the report to show only the detail required.
The stock control menu allows the user to maintain the stock database which holds purchase details (supplier and cost information), generate purchase orders (by minimum levels, sales by date or ad-hoc), process deliveries, inter-branch stock transfers, generate stock returns and stock adjustments.
