Linking to either of the CRS Stock or CRS Touch Office applications CRS Retail Gift Aid offers the addition of Gift Aid on Donated Goods to your Charity.
Donor’s details can be captured electronically or using a paper based system. The donor is assigned a unique barcode that is used to identify any items they have donated throughout the sales process.
When a donated item is sold the donors barcode is scanned and details of the sale are electronically tracked back to CRS Retail Gift Aid Software.
Periodically letters can be generated using the one click generation system. Letters sent to donor’s include the value of sales since any previous letters and they are only sent providing a minimum sales value has been reached. Letters can be emailed to donor`s to cut down the cost to the charity.
The R68 claim can also be generated using the one click generation system, the claim is identical to that set out by HMRC.
