Linking to either of the CRS Stock or CRS Touch Office applications CRS Retail Gift Aid offers the addition of Gift Aid on Cash to your Charity or Admissions to your charitable status Museum or Attraction.

Donor’s details can be captured electronically or using a paper based system. The donor is assigned a unique code that is used to identify any Cash Donations or Giftaidable Admissions in the sales process.

When a qualifying item is sold the donors code is scanned electronically tracked back to CRS Cash Gift Aid Software.

The R68 claim can also be generated using the one click generation system, the claim is identical to that set out by HMRC.
