Customer Accounts (Module)
For use in conjunction with CRS Touch Back Office the Customer Accounts module allows you to offer credit terms to your customers in an easy to use interface.
Once the customer has signed up to the accounts module they will be able to purchase goods and then charge to their account. The module will then handle invoicing, statements and payments at whatever frequency you desire.
- Simple to use charge system at the point of sale
- Invoice printing, statements and payment control can then all be handled from the Back Office
- Multiple reports available to track and control customer spend
- Discounts or price bands can be assigned to individual customer accounts
- Credit limits can be set per account
