Scottish Crannog Centre choose CRS

The Scottish Crannog Centre on the bank of Loch Tay in Kenmore, Perthshire selected CRS from a number of other potential suppliers to supply and install a new solution to control visitor admissions and stock in the retail shop.

We installed CRS Touch point of sale application software configured to suit both admission and shop environments. The admissions element enabled tickets to be sold, Gift Aid to be capture where appropriate and product annual return visits. Gift Aid has been made quick, simple and paperless with the introduction of our Gift Aid sign up pad. The retail side of the business controls stock of all the purchased goods and allows them to be sold by barcode, SKU, text lookup or hotshot button meaning no more miscellaneous sales again! In the back office reporting, stock management and Gift Aid management is all controlled through the CRS Head Office package.
